We believe in the transformative power of compassion, accessibility, and community. Established in 2007 as a ministry of a local church, RCC was born from a simple yet profound vision: to provide accessible, holistic, evidence-based counseling and emotional support to individuals and families in need.
Rooted in faith and guided by scientifically proven therapeutic practices, RCC initially operated from a church building, serving as a beacon of hope for those facing emotional and mental health challenges. As the community's need for affordable, high-quality care grew, so did our mission. By 2015, we transitioned to our own dedicated facility, made possible through the generosity of donors, partners, and an expanding team of counselors who shared our vision for healing and growth.
Today, RCC is much more than a counseling center. We are a dynamic resource hub, offering free counseling services, community training workshops, consultation for individuals and organizations, and even a food pantry to address basic needs. We are also deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of mental health professionals through hands-on training opportunities for students, ensuring our community-centered values endure.
