Matt Hayman LPC; Director of Training and Development

Matt is the Director of Program and Development at Response Care Center, where he supports the development and growth of innovative mental health programs that support individuals and families in need. With a passion for mental health advocacy and a commitment to making care more accessible, Matt works closely with team members and community partners to create effective, evidence-based solutions that improve overall well-being. In his role, Matt is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and expansion of key programs, with a focus on enhancing client outcomes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Matt brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to leadership, always striving to meet the evolving needs of RCC.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, finding balance and inspiration in nature. This love for the outdoors informs their holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the importance of both physical and mental wellness in overall healing.
